The customer service is great, and the price of the shoe is great as it was heavily discounted. And it was perfect for my work as I needed one that was comfortable and light.
Quality is good but didn't fit my work environment too wide, and heavy, they are made for heavy duty element purposes, people who stand up for long time this is for you.
These are real work boots that happen to be vegan (instead of vegan boots trying to be work boots) - and it shows. They were comfortable out of the box, and feel really sturdy. Note that they are insulated, which I didn't realize, so they'll be great for fall and winter but I expect I'll need to find another solution for summer.
I was visiting Canada recently and dropped by Workman Industrial’s store. Ranko assisted me personally and was really friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a pair of JB Goodhue safety boots and some work socks. As a nice bonus, Ranko even threw in free laces!
