Online Returns
You may return items purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused/unworn, in their original packaging, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Footwear must be in a new condition (with box) and not worn outside or in working conditions. Items returned outside this period, or those that are worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging, cannot be accepted for return or refund.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Returns will be processed at the discretion of store management or by the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for damaged, misdirected, or lost return packages.

In-Store Returns
An original receipt is required. Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange or return unused/unworn merchandise in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Footwear must be in new condition and not worn outside or in working conditions. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Return with a Gift Receipt Returns
Using a gift receipt will be processed onto a Workman Industrial Gift Card, reflecting the price paid by the gift giver. A gift receipt is solely for purchase documentation and does not serve as an original receipt. Exchanging an item with a gift receipt will result in a new gift receipt for the exchange transaction. If there is a price difference, the refund amount will be credited back to a Workman Industrial Gift Card.
Return or Exchange without a Receipt Please note that this policy excludes all footwear, which must be accompanied by an original receipt. If you wish to return an item without a receipt, the refund will be based on the lowest price at which the item was offered for sale within the previous 6 months. The refund will be applied to a Workman Industrial Gift Card. All items must be in their original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Gift Cards are considered for final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded after purchase.
Special Orders are final sale and are nonrefundable or exchangeable.
