Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping (Canada Only) We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders $250 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts) for delivery within Canada. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and is not available for international orders.
Standard & International Shipping For all other orders (including Canadian orders under $250 and all international orders), shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery times provided are estimates based on normal operating conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
3. International Orders & Customs Fees (Important)
Please note: All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Workman Industrial is not responsible for these charges. The customer is solely responsible for paying all additional customs and tariff fees required for delivery.
We will not issue refunds or accept returns for orders that are abandoned or refused by the customer due to unpaid customs fees.
4. How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@workmanindustrial.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Delivery Delays & Service Guarantees
All delivery times are estimates and are subject to change without notice.
We may change or suspend any on-time delivery guarantee during peak periods or due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
